1 followerFort Nelson First Nation is proud of the dedicated management team guided by the Executive Director. The Nations vision and strategic direction is defined by the community and it is the Executive Team to ensure the overall performance of the plan is moving forward.
FNFN values the team who are committed to providing a culture of open communication within the Nation. Shared Leadership, team building, appreciation and acknowledging the diversity of our team are key to building strong relationships amongst the team.
The Executive Team is supported by Department Managers, together they carry out the operational procedures and processes to ensure quality program delivery that meets the needs of the community members.
